Lambert revealed in her announcement on Friday morning (July 18) that the show will include performances by herself and McCollum, in addition to other country stars and Texas-born artists. Kelly Clarkson, Cody Johnson, Ronnie Dunn, Lyle Lovett, Randy Rogers Band, Wade Bowen, Jack Ingram, Jon Randall, Ryan Bingham, Lukas Nelson and Dylan Gossett make up the Band Together Texas lineup. The event will also include appearances by Matthew McConaughey, Dennis Quaid, Roger Clemens, Mack Brown, Colt McCoy, Vince Young, Chris Harrison and Emmanuel Acho.

“Texans helping Texas. My buddy [Parker McCollum] and I have called up some good friends to help our home state rebuild. Let’s band together y’all. ❤️🤍💙,” Lambert wrote in a caption on Instagram as she posted the details on Friday. She noted that presale registration is open through Monday, (July 21).

“The flooding in the Hill Country of Texas is truly heartbreaking,” McCollum added. “This place and these people are my community. There is a long road ahead rebuilding and even though so many families are facing the unimaginable, we’re Texas strong. [Miranda Lambert] is inspiring in both her music and how big her heart is, and I’m honored to be joining her for this benefit concert to support our fellow Texans and share a night of healing through music.”

Proceeds will benefit Community Foundation of Texas Hill Country and Central Texas Community Foundation, per the announcements from Lambert and McCollum. Tickets will be available to the general public beginning Friday, July 25 at 10 a.m. CT. Band Together Texas will take place on August 17 at Moody Center in Austin, Texas.
