Keith Urban said he’s “been wanting to collaborate with this guy [Jelly Roll] for a looong time.”

The two singer-songwriters teamed up on “Don’t Want To,” which appears on the deluxe edition of Jelly Roll’s newest studio album, Beautifully Broken, on Friday (October 11). Other artists to appear on the 28-track expanded record include ERNEST, mgk and more.

“The song might be called ‘don’t want to’ but I’ve been wanting to collaborate with this guy for a looong time,” Urban wrote in a tribute to Jelly Roll on Instagram on Friday. “My man - I love playing with ya, love singing with ya, and just damn grateful to be on this ‘same journey’ with you. You know exactly what I’m talking about !! Congrats on BEAUTIFULLY BROKEN [Jelly Roll].”

Jelly Roll said as he announced Beautifully Broken (Pickin’ Up The Pieces) that the album artwork idea “comes from a Japanese practice called kintsugi. The idea is that if something breaks, and it’s worth fixing, you fix it by filling in the cracks with gold. I honestly don’t think anything personifies this record better.” Beautifully Broken also includes “Winning Streak,” “I Am Not Okay,” “Liar,” “Get By” and more.
