Lee Brice Get Nostalgic In New Track 'Songs in the Kitchen': Exclusive

Lee Brice is well respected and loved in the country world, from Garth Brooks to Kenny Chesney.

The country star continues to crank out his own body of work and is close to releasing his self-titled fourth studio album. Billboard has the exclusive first listen of "Songs in the Kitchen," a track that was partly inspired by fellow country star Kellie Pickler.

"[Kellie] speaks in song titles," Brice tells Billboard. "We were just singing songs in the garage one night and she said, 'Man, don't you just miss the times where you used to sit around and sing songs in the kitchen?'"

"Songs in the Kitchen" is the "pinnacle" of Lee Brice, out Nov. 3, which the singer wanted to be "who I am behind closed doors." The track creates a nostalgic and honest feel and allows you to see inside the heart of who Brice really is.

Lee Brice will perform at the Playstation Theater in New York on Oct. 19 and makes his way around the east coast until the middle of November.
